After 10 days with Akiflow, so far the few tweaks that have been already made seems to be enough. I am not encountering much issues.

Hey Jean Pierre, may i ask you which shortcut is working badly for you, and which keyboard layout are you using?

I would add that this is not specific to AZERTY. Supporting all keybard layouts would be a hassle. Note, however, that letter shortcuts should not be a problem in any keyboard layout.

With the latest version out today, Dvorak is now working!
