Sounds like a great upgrade. Private and work task are a bit different and should work a bit different. It assigning a different "primary" calendar would be real boon. Not only to lock time in a calendar but to show the events on the correct calendar (one shared with my partner who doesn't want to use Akiflow for example).
Maybe it can be taken even further with separate "settings" per project. Projects inherit the default settings of the Akiflow app but can be overridden on a per Project basis if needed. Changing the "Primary calendar", "Default conference tool", "Time zones" and especially "Default event duration" for example.

StefaniaYes and the specific task then also accordingly.
For example all my tasks in the project "household" would go into my private calendar (Google Calendar). But my tasks in the project "Marketing" would go into my work Outlook Calendar
Same for time slots.
Maybe even for whole Project Folders

Stefania Yes exactly and there should be a setting to differentiate between different calendars based on projects. (So that I do not have to change the lock calendar manually
