Tags & Projects Creation in Ritual Interface

Enable users to create and manage tags and projects directly within the Ritual interface. This would allow for seamless organization and creation of tags and projects on the go, improving workflow efficiency by reducing the need to exit the Ritual view to set up or create new tags and projects.
