Tasks: Custom Task Color Option Independent of Project Color

Currently, task colors in Akiflow are tied to their assigned project colors. This request is for the ability to choose a custom color for tasks—either as a global default (e.g., in settings) or on a per-task basis (e.g., via right-click)—while still maintaining the task's project association.
