Tasks: Open Notes Section While Creating a Task + Preserve Formatting on Paste

Add the ability to open and edit the Notes section while creating a new task, not just after it’s created. Currently, using the // trigger to add notes removes all formatting (e.g., line breaks), which makes pasting from notes apps or emails difficult.
