Tasks: Skip to Current Occurrence” for Recurring Tasks

Add a Skip to Current Occurrence option for recurring tasks. If a recurring task has unfinished or past-due occurrences, the user can:

-Skip all previous occurrences and jump directly to today’s (or next upcoming) one

-Choose what happens to skipped occurrences – e.g., mark them as completed, delete them, or leave them open
