Timeslots: Flexible Recurring Time Slots Without Specific Day Assignment

I’d like the ability to create recurring time blocks (e.g., for business areas like Finance, Marketing, etc.) that appear each week but without being tied to a specific day or time.

Ideally, these would populate in a sort of weekly task inbox or “unscheduled recurring section”, allowing me to drag and drop them into the appropriate day and time based on my schedule that week.
