Todoist: prevent duplicate tasks for reoccurring tasks

I've been dealing with duplicate task issues, especially when adjusting incomplete tasks in time slots. This happens most often with Todoist tasks, causing problems with two-way sync. When a task duplicates in Todoist, the duplicates miss the project label, so tasks don't sync as completed in both Todoist and Akiflow.
