Toggle Option to Disable Automatic Date Assignment for Pasted Text

Add a toggle button or option to disable automatic date assignment when copying and pasting text containing date-like formats (e.g., "W01 - Jack - Deep-Dive W14"). Currently, the auto-assigned date and year cannot be fully removed, even after using backspace to remove the highlight/timestamp.
