Tray Menu: Show past not completed tasks

If I create a task and plan it for 9pm. In my mind, that is the time when I want to complete the task. After 9pm passes and the task is still incomplete, it no longer shows up in my popup tray. In my mind, the fact that I'm late with a task makes it even more important for it to show up!
