Upcoming: Auto-Roll Tasks Between Timeframes in Upcoming View

In the Upcoming > Overview view, tasks should automatically roll into the correct timeframe:

-On the 1st of each month, tasks in “Next Month” move to “This Month”

-On Mondays, tasks in “Next Week” move to “This Week”

This should be a user-configurable option, as not everyone may want this behavior. It would help keep the view clean and relevant without needing manual updates.
