When capturing a URL, pull the page title as the default title of the task

I think often you have only a URL copied and it'd be nice if it just did a GET {URL} request and saved the page title automatically using social tags. It's similar to how WhatsApp, Slack, iMessage, etc. pull in data from just a URL.
