The lack of this feature is by far the #1 thing keeping me from using Aki full-time as a standalone product. I have executive function impairments and NEED multiple reminders on cal events -- Aki currently only allowing one reminder is awful for me, and I'm sure a lot of other people who have ADHD or other conditions that affect their executive function.

I find this feature important, my current setup is that I get duplicate alerts from both my Calendar and Akiflow which is pretty annoying. I don’t want to turn off my Calender alerts because then I won’t get the multiple alerts.
Then if I turn off Akiflow alerts, it kind of defeats the purpose of having Akiflow.

The tricky part is balancing notifications from both Akiflow and your calendar so you don’t miss anything, without getting bombarded. Your feedback is spot-on, and we’ve noted it as a feature request to explore smarter ways to handle notifications, so users can have the best of both worlds without the duplicates.
It’s really helpful to hear how you’re using it — we’ll keep this in mind as we improve alert management!

The ability to schedule extra or custom notifications for specific tasks or priorities is already on our devs’ radar, and it’s definitely something we’re considering adding. While we don’t have an ETA yet, we’ll be sure to keep you updated once this feature goes live on the platform.

Its incredibly frustrating to see this still pending. I paid for the 5 year plan. Had I know this would be the feature that keeps me from using the platform I never would have locked in for so long.
Able to create custom reminders instead of the default 10 minutes before event. And also multiple reminders option

Hi Amaan Muhammad Thanks for the feedback! We see the value in custom and multiple reminders. We’re planning to head in that direction no ETA yet, but we’ll let you know once there’s progress.
It would be great to have the ability to add multiple alerts/reminders and be able to customize when they occur. Fantastical has this feature and it works very well to remind me of events and tasks to complete. Currently, when I add an event or task in Akiflow, I have to then go into Fantastical to customize the alerts/reminders. I would like to not use Fantastical anymore and do all that within Akiflow.

Customize multiple alerts/reminders
It would be great to have the ability to add multiple alerts/reminders and be able to customize when they occur. Fantastical has this feature and it works very well to remind me of events and tasks to complete.
