Hi David, thanks for your feedback! Why would you like that to be a separate page? Do you need to share it with someone?

Stefania, one good reason to be able to filter by folder and not just label is that it would let people have separate Work and Personal folders so they could just see one or the other at a time if they wish.
I have my tasks come into Akiflow from multiple integrations for different purposes (work, volunteering, home life)
When I'm working, I'd like to have a way to easier view which tasks are for work only. I use multiple Projects for work depending on the type of work, so either;
-Show all projects that are saved in a folder, or
Group tasks by project so I can minimise the projects I don't want to look at (e.g. Volunteering projects & home projects).
I tried using the AI to generate a list but there was an error processing my request.
I have created a folder for each area of my life. Each of my folders then has multiple projects in it. I would like to be able to click on the folder, and see all the tasks in the folder from all the different projects in one place.
For example, my "writing" folder, has multiple book projects in it that I am working on at once. I would like to be able to click on the writing folder, and see all the writing, revising, etc. tasks for all the books at one time. Otherwise I can't tell what the timelines of my projects are to create new tasks, without clicking back and forth. Every other task manager I've used functions this way so I'm finding it difficult to work around. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Thank you!

Got it! That makes total sense—having a unified view of all tasks within a folder sounds essential for managing timelines across projects. Thanks for the vote Relly!
Currently, it is only possible to filter projects by projects.
I have a folder that holds projects for personal projects and another for work. Being able to filter out/switch folders will save me much time and effort than selecting all projects one by one
Allow filtering tasks in the “Today” section by the parent folder that projects belong to. Projects are sorted into 3 folders: Work, Personal, and Hybrid, and filtering out all projects under a certain folder would save a significant amount of time, for example so that personal tasks are not visible while at work.

Thanks, Jaz. That makes sense: you want to switch between Work, Personal and Hybrid without selecting every project individually. We have an existing request for folder filtering, so I’ll merge yours into it and preserve your Today-view example. We don’t have a timeline for this feature yet.

This one is an easy win, and it would be awesome!

Filter Today tasks by parent folder of projects
