I'm consulting for several companies so I've linked in the calendars of each to one consolidated view + my personal calendars and I'd like to be able to shared my availability via a calendar subscription link so my colleagues can overlay my availability over their own in google/outlook as you can with an internal company calendar.

Adding to this. The lack of this feature is the only reason I am considering picking a competing app, even though I think Akiflow is better in many other aspects of the to-do/calendar management approach, including a snappier UI, etc.

Is there any update on this? Currently the only reason I am not using Akiflow exclusively. Notion Calendar isn’t perfect, but it has this feature and can connect to my “Actions / Tasks” as well as my calendar events and block them off on multiple calendars. Please, let us know this is coming within the next month or so!

Thanks for backing this idea, Kei. While we don’t have an exact timeline for this feature yet, a workaround you can use for now is to duplicate each task and lock them to different calendars. We know this isn’t ideal, but it can help manage multiple calendars and events in the meantime.

The lack of this feature is becoming a serious annoyance for me. Akiflow stops me from double-booking my time, but lack of cross calendar blocking means that others aren't stopped unless I manually block it out… which kinda defeats the whole purpose of having a central place to manage my time. The lack of this feature (and given the age of this request, an apparently lack of any desire to implement) is making me seriously reconsider my subscription as it's not solving the problems I have with time management.

Can you confirm that your colleagues book slots in your calendar using the meet with feature?

Stefania Hi Stefania. No, they don't, and this is the problem. I am not special; no one at my work or university or community organisation is going to book meetings in a totally different platform when they're all using whatever the organisation uses (mostly Outlook, some Google). Nor should I expect them to - work provides me with an M365 account and it's totally reasonable for them to expect me to use it for work related bookings.
The problem arises when a work colleague books time in my work Outlook calendar. That needs to sync up to Akiflow (and does, no problem there), but then the blockout needs to sync back to my university calendar, my personal calendar, my community calendar, otherwise these people won't know I'm already booked - they aren't seeing my Akiflow calendar like I do.

This would be amazing! I’m currently using Reclaim.ai as a work around to copy events to each calendar but I would rather pay extra to have this inside Akiflow… please make this 🙏

I'm hoping that Akiflow can help me by combining the two apps I use the most (Todoist and Notion Calendar). This feature is incredibly necessary for anyone serious about calendars (work, personal, shared, etc.) I hope it gets more attention sooner than later. Notion Calendar does this really well (and it's super simple to do).
