Filter by Folder

Many views are only able to be filtered by project. This currently limits views to either 1) absolutely everything or 2) a very narrow view. Adding a filter by folder option would allow users to quickly cycle by domain as needed (ex. Work vs personal, Finance vs operations, etc.) without having to manually select many projects each time. Along the same lines, the ability to view all tasks within a folder would be useful for the same reason
