Connect one or more Apple Accounts from Settings → Calendars → Add calendar → iCloud Calendar
See your iCloud calendars next to Google and Outlook, and choose which ones to show and get reminders for
Two-way sync: create, edit, reschedule and delete events in Akiflow, and changes made in iCloud sync back too, including recurring events
Add guests and respond to invitations from Akiflow
Lock tasks and Time Slots to an iCloud calendar so they appear in Apple Calendar
It also works with the Akiflow MCP, so AI assistants like Claude and ChatGPT can see your iCloud events and create, edit or delete them for you.
You’ll need two-factor authentication on your Apple Account and an app-specific password. The help article walks you through it.
Not in this first version: Apple Reminders, subscribed calendar feeds, the Birthdays calendar, calendars stored only on your device, and availability lookup in Meet with your Team.
iCloud Calendar is part of version 2.83 on desktop, web, iOS and Android, and it’s available to everyone from today, October 14. If you don’t see it, update Akiflow to 2.83. Here’s how to set it up: iCloud Calendar help article

Coming back here because this is 4th on the priority list and is blocking me from using Akiflow regularly. I went all in on the 5 year plan and am starting to feel regrets. I had hoped the team would prioritize this

Great product, but the lack of Apple Calendar integration is becoming a serious drawback. With a team subscription, this feature is essential, and it’s surprising that it hasn’t been prioritized. I hope to see progress on this soon.

Yeah ditto! Kinda strange you guys haven't cracked this. It honestly creates so much friction, that over time I've been using the app less and less over the past few months. AI is cool, but this is table stakes. Just do it!

I love everything else about Aki! But I don't think I can keep using it if iCloud/iCal/Apple Mail integration isn't added ASAP. The iCal to GCal sync just isn't working the way I need it to. Please say iCal is coming soon!

Relly I'm starting to lose steam with trying to find workarounds for icloud/ical also. I love everything else Akiflow but this might be a dealbreaker for me very soon also.

Desperate to get going with Akiflow but impossible to even start without Apple Calendar integration. I don't use Google or Outlook. I manage my schedule across 13 difference calendars (all Apple Calendars) all for different areas of personal, family, work, and charity life. I use those with Todoist and Fantastical, but am desperate to integrate. Surely you must be losing out on paid subscribers because you don't support this??
