Integration: Add Last Sync Time & Status Indicator

It would be nice to have a feature to add the time of the last sync and a status indicator, such as "sync OK" or "error," under the status section. Sometimes, when an integration or syncing issues occur. The integration has to be manually disconnected and reconnected. Having a "Last Connection" timestamp and a status with more detailed descriptions would be more effective in such cases.
