Lock task time on different calendars based on project rules.
I'd like to have project rules so that it knows which calendar to assign a task to when I drop it on the calendar. Would be helpful if I attached #personal it added it to my personal calendar and #work would be my work calendar.

Without this feature, I can't use the lock feature to manage my work and personal tasks together. I only want my coworkers to see the tasks that are work-related.

I am a Fractional CTO and have a dedicated email address in my clients' Google Workspaces (all of which I connect to Akiflow). This feature would be extremely beneficial for this use-case!

I also agree that having to individually lock each task to the correct calendar, despite being part of a project or label that would intuitively be linked to a specific calendar is a bit of a pain …
Moreover, you are suggesting to disable the lock feature, but I find that kind of defeats the purpose as the fact that I can clearly see the time I spend on each task across platforms is exactly the reason I like Akiflow so much ….
The idea of being able to adjust the settings for each project (and label) would be the perfect way to optimise an already existing feature to its fullest potential. Since this is already a possibility to set a (singular) default calendar in the general settings, I imagine extending the same possibility to the projects wouldn't seem too far a stretch.

Stefania: god yes please this, I have my personal calendar as my default calendar to lock tasks to, and I HATE having to manually go in and revise all the ones that are actually meant for work (as in, click on the task in the calendar, and switch which calendar to lock to)…for now, if there was even a shortcut to specify which calendar selected tasks should lock to would be a decent temporary solution.

Trying to integrate my personal goals/tasks within Akiflow, and ran into this problem.
Whenever I create a personal task, I have to manually edit so that it doesn't show on my work calendar.
The dream solution would be :
If I label a task with #perso, #x or #y, create event in my personal calendar.
Else use the default calendar, set to professionnal email.
The source of the task imported could be used aswell.
If Notion uses personal e-mail, personal calendar.
If Notion uses work e-mail, work calendar.

This stops me from trying to integrate my personal needs, it's too painful to manually change each task right now

Lock task time on different calendars based on integration
Would it be possible to allow the user to set locked calendar depending on the source of task For example if tasks come from Asana I could set them to automatically be locked on “Client A” calendar and Notion tasks could be locked “Client B”.
