Move Priority button to bottom bar (Mobile & Desktop UX)

I want the priority button to be moved from the top right to the bottom bar. On mobile, it's not intuitive that the bottom bar has settings like projects, tags, and links, while the priority/goal setting is isolated in the top right. This change should also apply to the desktop UI. Currently, the UX follows a pattern of two control centers (top left for planning/time, bottom left for everything else), and having Priority in the top right feels inconsistent and frustrating to use. Moving it to the bottom controls would make the interface much more intuitive.
