Option to Disable Auto-Date Assignment & Improve ESC Behavior in Task Input

When entering tasks like FBB-PL-4x24MarC1-W1-D1, Aki auto-assigns a date (e.g., "W1 2026") due to pattern recognition. Pressing ESC deletes the whole task instead of just removing the date. Requesting:

1.ESC key to remove date regardless of cursor position

2.Option to disable auto-date parsing

3.Shortcut to bypass date recognition when pasting text
