Outlook Email Sync

I am in my trial period for Akiflow. I have been a career long ToDoist User, and have become dependent on the integrations within ToDoist to keep track of my day. However, Todoist has been slow to integrate AI scheduling, and most importantly the ability to create a time slot and assign a myriad of tasks into that time slot when planning. It seemed like Akiflow might be the perfect tool to replace ToDoist.

The issue I am noticing with Akiflow however, is that the integration with Outlook is problematic. My workflow is:

1. decide whether I can reply to the email in 2 minutes or less. If I can, respond and archive.

2. If I can't I add it to Akiflow using the integration.

3. Then, I archive the email so it doesn't clutter my inbox.

What I am finding is that in Akiflow, after archiving or sorting the email, the link in the task that was added to my Akiflow inbox is now broken and I can't easily reference that email when going to complete the task at a later time I have designated for email.

In Todoist, I would follow the same workflow, but when the mail was archived or moved to a different folder, the link in the app is dynamic and I am still able to easily find the email.

Is this a bug? Or just a quirk of your integration? Either way, I would love to see the sync of emails accurately maintain live links regardless of how the email is organized in my inbox.

Anyone have any insight into this?
