Rooms availability when creating an event

When I was using Raise it was really powerful that when I was creating an event I had a separate option choosing a room which needs to be booked. The app was showing if the room is available or not. The current solution with the heads on right is not comfortable as when I start creating an event when I tap on the room on the right it says I need to drop the event creation.
