Adding rooms/resources as location for events
Hi, I am wondering if it is possible to add "rooms/resources" in the calendar? We are using Google Workplace and in the native Google Cal, we are able to set location from a list of rooms in our physical building.

Aside meeting rooms, I think you should generally just be able to write anything custom to put it as a location. The geographical locations (suggestions) are great but why would custom input not be allowed. Having the same as google calendar would be highly appreciated.
Love your product for the rest! Total game changer in my productivity.

Kibet: Thank you for your kind words and feedback! We understand the need for adding custom locations, and we’ll pass this suggestion to the team for consideration. Having more flexibility, like in Google Calendar, would definitely enhance the experience.
We appreciate your support and are glad Akiflow has been a game changer for your productivity!

Jeson P, our company meeting rooms are available in outlook as a location so we can book them, they don't show up in akiflow meeting locations when creating an event.
In akiflow I can view the room availability and book it by adding it as a meeting participant but then I need to manually edit the location so the participants know were the event is being held

Hugo Yamada: Hi there! Thank you for the additional details! You can now add custom locations for your events directly in Akiflow. Here’s how:
When creating an event, enter the full address or name of the meeting room in the location field.
Scroll down to the bottom of the suggestions list, where you’ll see an option to add it as a custom location.
Select it, and it will be saved as the meeting location for your event, visible to all participants.
This should streamline the process for booking and notifying attendees of the meeting location. Let me know how it goes!

It would be great to have such "room" indicated either on participants list or separate (Like in Notion Calendar). Currently I see that neither web nor MacOS app show it while mobile show some "resource" participant. I guess that should be fairly easy to get the resource name… Now I've checked and seems like you do have the room name but it is sticked to the end of zoom link and not visible at all (can not scroll the address). Please separate this (https://zoom.us/j/xxx?pwd=xxx, Warszawa, Fabryka Norblina-6-68-Sikor (Plater) (6)). Also I'll second original request - please add ability to browse resources and add them do the event.

Hi Miroslaw Karczmarczyk: You can now add custom locations to events! To do this, simply enter the full address or name of the meeting room in the location field when creating an event. Scroll to the bottom, and the custom meeting place/room should appear, allowing you to easily set it as the event location.
Additionally, on meeting invitation emails, the location will now appear at the top of the guest list. This helps keep the meeting location clearly visible without the need to scroll through long guest lists, making it easier to find the important details.

Jayrich Sebullen That's not what I expect. I wish to see on my mobile clearly the location. Currently the guest list contain unreadable email address of the resource and the location field is populated with joined zoom and room name which I can not scroll in any way. Shortly - the same as on web/desktop version. Shouldn't be too difficult.

Miroslaw Karczmarczyk: Thank you for clarifying that! I understand the importance of a clear location display on mobile and will share this with our team for review. We’ll look into improving the experience, though I can’t promise when this will be implemented but for sure once we are starting working on this we'll let you know!

Rooms availability when creating an event
When I was using Raise it was really powerful that when I was creating an event I had a separate option choosing a room which needs to be booked. The app was showing if the room is available or not. The current solution with the heads on right is not comfortable as when I start creating an event when I tap on the room on the right it says I need to drop the event creation.
