Turn on a required Company name field
Add up to 5 questions of your own and mark each one required or optional, for example a phone number, the purpose of the call, or anything else you need
Guests can’t book until they answer the required ones
Answers are added to the calendar event and to both confirmation emails, so they’re visible to the event’s attendees
Set questions for a link in its More settings, or set defaults for all new links in Settings → Share Availability.

Currently, when sharing availability through Akiflow, the details that is being asked are fixed. t would be very useful to have the ability to customize what information is displayed or being asked when sharing availability.
I want to be able to add custom pre-qualifying questions to my booking links after a guest selects a time. This would help me gather necessary information before the meeting starts.

It’s part of version 2.83 on desktop and web, available to everyone from October 14. More in the Share your availability help article.
