Features & Improvements Request

Currently, Akiflow's Projects function primarily serves as a folder for task organization. Adding the ability to set a start and end date for projects would enhance project tracking and planning.

If I select multiple tasks tagged with the same project, I want a way to auto-assign them into the next available time blocks tagged for that project. For example: 4 tasks for “AI Workshop” are automatically spread across two 1-hour project slots scheduled in my calendar over the next 2 days. This would save a lot of manual effort and keep project blocks structured.

Ability to set section/task templates that can easily be duplicated without manually re-entering the sections/tasks i.e. for web design projects.

Add an "info" card for projects, to save related links, emails, etc. Currently a workaround is creating a task and planning it for "Someday"

Allow users to add a project overview where they can provide a brief description, goals, and key details about the project.

There used to be an option to hide someday tasks when in the project view. I'd love this option again.

Provide the ability to define fixed rules for integrations, allowing specific tools like Jira, Slack, or Linear to automatically assign tasks to predefined projects. For example, all tasks from Jira and Slack could default to one project, while Linear tasks default to another.

Enable the ability to link a specific project to a designated calendar. Any tasks assigned to that project will automatically be time-blocked on the associated calendar.

I am a dedicated Superhuman user - so Sunsama or Legend, with their native email apps, are problematic for me. The combination of single source of truth with time blocking are the perfect combo for my workflow. I do really like the markdown support integrated within a journal-like structure. If Akiflow supported markdown within projects, it would be nice. So project/action notes don’t disappear when you check off an action.

I have created a folder for each area of my life. Each of my folders then has multiple projects in it. I would like to be able to click on the folder, and see all the tasks in the folder from all the different projects in one place. For example, my "writing" folder, has multiple book projects in it that I am working on at once. I would like to be able to click on the writing folder, and see all the writing, revising, etc. tasks for all the books at one time. Otherwise I can't tell what the timelines of my projects are to create new tasks, without clicking back and forth. Every other task manager I've used functions this way so I'm finding it difficult to work around. Hopefully it's an easy fix. Thank you!
