Features & Improvements Request

Allow users to view and select time slots based on the availability of both themselves and a teammate (or multiple teammates) within the app. The goal is to easily share these combined available time slots via email without needing to manually check each person's calendar and type out the times. The feature doesn't need to be a booking link—just an efficient way to view combined availability and share it, similar to what tools like Notion Calendar offer.

Currently, there is no built-in functionality to automatically block off potential time slots when proposing times for an invitation. Users must manually create holds or tentative events in their calendar to prevent conflicts.

Would feel super slick to be able to share booking links with my own URL/use custom subdomains for white labelling (i.e. replacing the booking.akiflow.com with booking.yoursite.com )

It would be great if we could select co-workers when creating scheduling links, and have those times appear as “options” in both their calendar and our own.

Add an option to set the start of the week to either Sunday or Monday specifically for the Share Availability feature. This ensures the calendar view aligns with the recipient’s expectations—some people follow the conventional Sunday-start week, while others use the Monday-start business calendar.

I am a college student and my classes end at uneven times: 9:25, 12:35, 2:40 etc. This means that the options shown to clients are not the usual :00 :15 :30 :45 but random times that are hard to remember. We should be able to set the "resolution" of meeting times to 10m, 15m or 30m. I know Calendly and every other scheduling solution offers this so its a little bothersome that the most expensive one of all of them doesn't have this.

It would be nice if additional field to ask for the booker's contact information is added.

Currently, the shared availability page defaults to a Monday-start format, even if a user has set their personal Aki calendar to start on Sunday. This can be confusing for those in industries where a Sunday-start week is standard. It would be helpful to have an option to customize the start of the week on the shared availability page so that it matches individual user settings.

I’d love to see more flexible booking links in Akiflow, similar to Reclaim and Calendly. Features like multiple booking times per link, round-robin scheduling, and team-based booking links would make scheduling more efficient.

When sharing availability in Akiflow, it would be helpful to have an option to send the availability link or details directly via email or message, without needing to leave the feature and manually open another platform.
