The ability to add notes to a date, not an event but somewhere I can put a summary of what's happening that day

Currently, when a task or slot blocks time in the calendar, it shows a small line on the left side indicating whether the time is busy or free. This is very helpful because it allows you to quickly see whether that block actually occupies the time or is more flexible. However, calendar events always look the same, regardless of whether they are set as busy or free in the original calendar. This creates an inconsistency: Tasks and slots → visually show their busy/free state. Calendar events → always look blocking, even when they are not. Proposal Unify the behavior: Also display on calendar events the same left-line indicator (or a similar visual cue) to reflect whether they are marked as busy or free in the calendar. Benefits Clearer and more consistent visual experience. Avoid confusion about which blocks are truly rigid vs. flexible. Better time management by easily distinguishing between mandatory meetings and informational/optional events.

Ability to set the default calendar for projects, so if I set up a task with a project it will sync back to a specific calendar (like Sunsama does).

I would love to have the ability to lock my time across more than one calendar.

As Fantastical does, I'd like to create sets of calendars (es work + personal calendars) to easily switch from one set to another

The ability to create recurring or single calendar booking links from mobile instead of having to use desktop. This would allow people to migrate from tools like Calendly or Vimcal.

Hi there, a time block for the travel time would be very helpful for the appointment, so that the total time of the appointment can be planned better. The appointment would then be a total block, which would be divided into, for example, outward travel and appointment. the travel time would be calculated based on the current position and the appointment location.

There's no repeat option for repeat a task on the week days, you need to put a custom repeat and select from monday to friday manually

Could all day events that span multiple days please be visually connected. For example if I have an event like "Exam Period", on the monthly few it is shown as many events each day having "Exam Period", and not one long continuous connected bar. Looks unappealing.

Anytime between 2AM to 8AM is the time when I'm not going to have any tasks, events, anything. But this time shows up on the calendar eating up the vertical screen real-estate. It would be great to hide this 2AM to 8AM timeslot from the Akiflow calendar view. I anyway have a block calendar where this time is blocked away to avoid any accidental meeting bookings anyway.
