Statistics: Improved Data And Analytics
I would like to see how much time I spent working on Work tasks vs on Personal tasks. For both categories I have multiple projects (i.e. a few project in folder Personal and a few project in folder Work). So, can you please make it so that: I can see statistics on a Folder level (total time for all projects in Personal folder and in Work folder). OR as a workaround, create automatic Tags, that will be automatically assigned to certain Projects – i.e. for project "Marketing" always automatically assign tag "Tag_Work. OR give me an opportunity to automatically extract/import data from Aki in CVS/Sheets, so that I can build an adequate dashboard for myself. Other problems: Total Time in "Your Schedule" is non-sense. Since you do not allow to assign Projects for Events, for each Event I now create a task. But now in Total Time I have duplicate number of hours: let's say my workday consistent of 1 hour, and that hour was a call with someone. So, I have an Event (a calendar invite from a colleague), and then I created a task to match it with event and to classify it as Marketing (bcs call was about Marketing and I want to see how much time I devoted to this area this week/month). So, Your Schedule now shows that I worked for 2 hours, which is not correct, bcs I worked only 1 hour!!! You should not add up time for multiple things that occur in the same time!!!! Either fix this or add ability to classify events by Projects, or better both. Total Time in Tags table is nonsense!!! Tags by design were created to be not mutually exhaustive – i.e. 1 task can have 2 tags. For example: I have Tag_Website and Tag_Weekly-Goals. If a task to rework website is one of my weekly goals, I would put both tags! Let's say I worked on this task for 1 hour. But table shows – 2 hours in total. This number is meaningless! Thank you.
