I would like Akiflow to auto-schedule my task

Ability to save tasks from multiple Slack instances into Akiflow, but the AI doesn't recognize which instance they come from. It would be great if the AI could use the Slack instance name (not just the channel) to help map tasks to the correct project automatically.

I’d love for Aki to identify and edit tasks based on projects or folders. For example, I have a "Personal" folder and asked Aki, "Which Personal tasks are in my inbox?" expecting it to return only tasks within that folder. However, Aki returned all inbox tasks instead. It would be great if Aki could recognize and filter tasks based on their assigned projects or folders in the future!

It would be much more efficient if we could open Aki Chat directly without having to launch Akiflow first. A dedicated shortcut for Aki Chat, separate from the command bar shortcut, would make access quicker and smoother.

It would be helpful if Aki prioritized attendee names over meeting titles when checking calendars for participants. For example, if I have two team members named Bob (Bob R and Bob P) and ask Aki if Bob P is on my calendar this week, it currently may return a false positive because a meeting title includes "Steve/Bob"—even if it refers to the wrong Bob. When verifying against the attendee list, Aki correctly identifies the mistake. Improving this lookup logic would make results more accurate.

It would be great if Aki could derive context from screenshots, such as recognizing tasks from a screenshot of messages where someone is asking me to do something.

I would like tasks to be automatically pushed forward if I have to extend the time of a previous task. This could have an option to happen automatically if the task is left undone or if I manually move a task or extend the time.

Akiflow should automatically analyze newly added tasks in the inbox to identify duplicates or tasks that have already been completed. This would help reduce redundancy, improve task management efficiency, and prevent unnecessary clutter in the inbox.
