I use Akiflow for everything that has to do with my calendar management. Also for task management. That combination I think is the value of the platform. But there's one thing I miss, and that's the reminders. There are things like “going to bed” or “Getting ready for work” for example, which I now have as recurring tasks. The thing is that these “mini-tasks” make my Inbox sections dirty and also “falsify” my analytics. I don't consider them to be tasks in themselves, but I would like to define them in this system since it's the one I use for calendar topics. What I would like to have is a mere notification at a certain time, either via a computer or via a mobile app.
