Features & Improvements Request

While traveling, it’s hard to plan events in other time zones on mobile since all events show in my current time zone. Example: I’m in Chicago (GMT-5) and need to confirm availability for Friday 11 AM London (GMT+1), but there’s no quick way to check. A way to switch the calendar view to a different time zone (or see events in another time zone) on mobile would make this much easier.

The current mobile view for tasks is very tall—each item shows the AQ indicator, “Inbox” badge, priority dot, etc.—so only a few tasks fit on screen and I need to scroll a lot. To improve usability and give a clearer overview at a glance, I’d like: • A compact or “dense” list mode that hides non-critical metadata (e.g. AQ circle, Inbox label). • Reduced vertical padding so more tasks appear per screen. • Toggle option between the standard and compact views for flexibility. This enhancement would minimize scrolling, streamline the interface, and help users focus on their pending tasks more efficiently. Thanks

Currently, users cannot assign tasks to Sections while in the Inbox on both iOS and Android. The existing workflow requires assigning a task to a Project first, then manually moving it from the No Section tab to the appropriate section within the project. Adding the ability to assign a Section immediately after selecting a Project would be great.

It would be awesome to have more widget options for both calendar and task purposes. Some ideas: Overview of whole week (see screenshot from TimeTree Calendar App) Split view of Slot name and embedded tasks (see screenshot from Structured App) Add to inbox from the widget without opening the app Apple Calendar has some great one for inspiration As an additional note, it would be awesome to have the possibility to tick tasks off when completed from the widget directly without having to open the app. Thank you so much :))) looking forward to seeing those changes if you think they could be a great improvement.

The current lock screen widget is great but would be good if the ‘Upcoming’ changes to ‘Current’ when a task/event is currently happening & back to ‘Upcoming’ when the next task/event hasn’t started yet. Minor change but would make the widget feel more responsive.

Have a copy time slot recurrence option for assigning the reoccurrence intervals to a task in a time slot on mobile. Right now this option appears to be only available on desktop.

Currently, there's no option to set the priority level when adding a task directly from the Today view in the mobile app. While it can be done from the general view, the options in Today seem more limited, including NLP support. It would be great to have the ability to set priority at the time of task creation for a smoother workflow.

It would be nice if we could easily move project in between folders on mobile just like in the desktop version.
