Would set the event when I have time, after the upcoming events

When the final days of a month fall within the current week (e.g., the last week of May is also “This Week”), the tasks in “This Month” and “This Week” essentially represent the same timeframe. It would be helpful if Akiflow could recognize this overlap to avoid visual and mental duplication, especially in the Today view.

Show me how old is a task on the someday page This would help me prioritize which task to focus on next.

Users want to easily view all tasks they've planned for the week or month—both unscheduled (placeholder) tasks and those with specific dates—directly in the week and month views, without needing to click into individual days or open additional panels.

Introduce the ability to set customized time frames, such as "Next Weekend," or "Next Quarter," for scheduling tasks or events.

When on upcoming view - Days, if I schedule things in for specific days, then when I go to the overview, the items in this week, will not show the tasks scheduled this week. This doesn't make sense, it means if I want to be more granular i.e. plan my week, I can't then see a more holistic view across tasks today, this week etc. I can see if I click view all planned tasks, but I don't understand why I'd need to click to see planned things on specific days.

I’d love for the Replan suggestion box to include a “This Weekend” option, with the ability to customize what days that includes. For example, my weekend starts on Friday, so I often bump personal tasks there when my workweek gets too full. Right now, Akiflow defaults to Saturday/Sunday, but having the flexibility to define “weekend” based on my own schedule would be super helpful!

I've been trying to find an easier way to view my tasks planned for "Someday". Ideally, I would be able to access this as a dedicated tab on the sidebar, but it's now hidden at the back of the upcoming section... Allowing me to rearrange the categories in the Upcoming Overview section would help this a little bit. Ideally, I'd be able to pin any time category to the sidebar for easy access.

Planning for the week is one of the best features in Akiflow, but it would be even more powerful if we could type or select a date like “week of April 30” and Akiflow would automatically take us to that week’s planning view.

With the recent shift to "buckets" for planning, some tasks feel easier to miss—especially those planned for the week but not assigned to a specific day. Previously, seeing tasks in the inbox provided a clear visual cue that something needed attention. It would be helpful to have a small indicator (e.g., a task count) on the "This Week" bucket to highlight tasks due in the next 48 hours. Additionally, having a consistent place for Aki to surface reminders or nudges would improve visibility and ensure tasks don't slip through the cracks.
