How to configure your Projects in Akiflow

Akiflow imports your tasks from your connected teams and selected projects.

• Task Assignee: you can choose to import all tasks or only those assigned to you.

• Filter by Project: choose which Linear projects you want to import tasks from into Akiflow. Only tasks from the selected projects will be synced and shown in your task list.

• Filter by Status: choose which task statuses you want to import into Akiflow. Only tasks matching the selected statuses will be synced and shown in your task list.

Sync Completion Status to Linear

Define how task status changes in Akiflow reflect in Linear:

• Mark as done in Akiflow → Choose the corresponding done status in Linear.

• Mark as undone in Akiflow → Choose the corresponding to-do status in Linear.
